My Alchemical Journey . . .

. . . began 10 years ago when I first realized the magic of my breath in creating presence and started listening to the insight and knowledge held in my body.

Fusing 25 years teaching English, journalism and film studies with 10 years of specialized studies in depth and somatic processing, I create intentional and communal experiences for fellow seekers of deep personal insight and meaning.

Artistic expressions, guided visualizations, meditative thought experiments, breath work, and embodiment coalesce in my workshops to bridge the gap between mind and body and create more soul-aligned focus and flow in our daily lives.
